Project Analyst I — Amex — Arizona, USA

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the Global Specialty Services team by supporting front‐office investment funds programs. The Project Analyst works closely with internal and external partners to drive results, develop and maintain supporting materials, and ensure project execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve and support all associate assistance systems, work aids, prepare materials and other assistance‐related reports.
  • Maintain a financial plan and invoicing.
  • Survey trends and drive remediation plans based on the Business Self‐Testing (BST) and Consistency data reports.
  • Work with and lead week‐by‐week cycle meetings and status reviews depending on the situation.
  • Supervise the HR‐ID executive interaction, GRAF updates and password resets for all appointed partner associates.
  • Assist with process improvement and cross‐functional execution of new methodologies.
  • Assist internal and external partner executives.
  • Direct and provide guidance on execution (trends, gaps, remediation required, etc.).
  • Collaborate with various specialty units in a diverse high‐velocity environment to drive investor, client and partner metrics.
  • Own and provide oversight on B2C and Global Specialty Services (GSS) projects.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic, high‐velocity environment.
  • Self‐starter with strong critical‐thinking skills and capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence without authority.
  • Excellent detail orientation and coordination of multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively with many partners across both internal and external offices.

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint/Word; basic knowledge of PowerBI or related reporting tools.
  • 1‐3 years of experience with call center or customer service operations, or related business analytics roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four‐year college degree.
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or JIRA.
  • Understanding of recipes, turn tables, dashboards, and related analysis.

Compensation

$55,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year, plus total rewards and benefits.
