Lead Enterprise Platform Solution Architect
The Lead Enterprise Platform Engineering Solution Architect role is responsible for providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams inthe design and implementation of comprehensive system/product architectures that effectively integrate withSherwin's overall DT infrastructure and support key business objectives. The incumbent will be responsible forevaluating program or project challenges, creating conceptual and logical architectural designs that alleviatechallenges, and providing technical guidance in implementing those designs for Enterprise Resource planning, Supply chain management and other Enterprise applications. This will require collaborating withcross-functional teams to resolve system design weaknesses, ensuring high-quality performance andmaintainability of the specific hardware and software systems. The Incumbent will ensure that solutionarchitectures align with the overall Enterprise Architecture and meet business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance in designing and implementing highly complex, integrated frameworks, tech-stacks,systems, and platforms that align with and drive the organization's IT strategy and business objectives
- Lead and oversee the entire process of developing application components and integrations, ensuring allsolutions align with the business objectives, enterprise architecture, and performance goals
- Develop and implement best practices and standards for processes and technical specifications related tohardware and software compatibility, system interfaces, and business application prototypes

- 6+ years of experience in IT or a solution architecture role
- Proven experience in designing complex hardware and software solutions for large-scale IT systems
- Expertise in collaborating, communication, and presenting with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business solutions
- Extensive knowledge of modern architectural patterns, frameworks, and industry best practices
- Expertise with cloud computing, data center operations, network design, and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to innovate and think creatively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert-level architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP)
