Field Service Technician III $5k Sign-On Bonus Location: San Francisco, CA Pay Range: $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Position Summary The Technician, Service III is a Master-level technician responsible for advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on transit vehicles. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on the product and plays a critical role in ensuring service excellence. In addition to hands-on technical work, the Technician III le service projects, provides remote and on-site technical assistance, and trains and mentors junior technicians. This position also contributes to production quality control, engineering product improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the service and warranty organization. The Technician III may also be called upon to deliver technical training to external customers or support production training efforts. This position is located in San Francisco, CA and will report to HQ based in Riverside, CA.
