This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on the product and plays a critical role in ensuring service excellence. In addition to hands-on technical work, the Technician III le service projects, provides remote and on-site technical assistance, and trains and mentors junior technicians. This position also contributes to production quality control, engineering product improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the service and warranty organization.
