<strong>Sr. Product Designer<br><br></strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Untangle ambiguous, 0-to-1 problems into a clear experience vision and an actionable plan — synthesizing insights and business context quickly enough to move a team from "what if" to a shippable direction.</li><li>Design at high craft across TV, Mobile, and Web, working in Figma from concept through detailed, dev-ready execution.</li><li>Create scalable systems, patterns, and reusable approaches that extend beyond individual projects.</li><li>Partner directly with product, engineering, merchandising, and marketing stakeholders to shape strategy and bring member-centered experiences to life.</li><li>Facilitate collaborative work sessions across all levels of the org</li><li>Communicate direction through strong visual storytelling — in writing, in small groups, and in presentations</li><li>Innovate to meet new business and member needs while designing for scale.</li><li>Be a fierce advocate for our members from around the world.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills, Characteristics & Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years designing user experiences for consumer-facing products, with a proven track record of driving 0-1 initiatives and leading projects to successful outcomes at global scale.</li><li>Strong judgment for distilling ambiguous, unstructured problems into actionable roadmaps — knowing which questions to ask and where to focus for impact.</li><li>Known for high-quality craft and detailed execution of design patterns across multiple UI platforms.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple initiatives and business domains, balancing competing team requirements without losing sight of long-term experience goals.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build organizational leverage through systems, frameworks, and reusable patterns.</li><li>Actively explores and adopts new tools, workflows, and technologies to increase individual and organizational effectiveness.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills — in writing, small group discussions, large-scale presentations, or with executives.</li><li>Track record of giving and receiving feedback.<br><br></li></ul>Compensation: $120 - $145 per hour<br><br>ID: 3296<br><br>
